“Talent may win games, but teamwork and intelligence builds champions.” Strong team players are the backbone of any team. When others fail, these are the people who venture on with strong resolve and persistence, committed to getting the job done.

For us, it’s simple. We want to continue the development of athletes who want to want to play for us. We are not interested in the formation of a group of individuals who may possess some advanced volleyball skill, but are not team players, or who may have their own agendas.

We continually prove that we are able to develop players and teams.

Character, Personality, Respect, Always reliable, ability to Communicate with Confidence, Selfless, Adaptable, and displays Genuine Commitment, are all qualities that we look for in athletes we train.

Volleyball…. We can teach, however, a mindset focussed on team before self, and process over results is what we will focus on.

Key Features:

  • Duration: 20 weeks
  • Training Frequency: Twice per week between Mondays to Thursdays 500-1000pm
  • Focus: High-Performance Training and Competitions
  • Competitions:
    • Northwest Power League
    • TulipFest
    • SFU events
    • Emerald City Classic
    • Optional year-end travel tournament

Who Should Join: This program is ideal for athletes who are passionate about volleyball, dedicated to improving their skills, and prepared to commit to the rigors of a high-performance environment. Players will benefit from top-level coaching, advanced training techniques, and the opportunity to compete against some of the best teams in the region. The difference between our Synergy and Wolfpack programs is based on the number of training opportunities per week, and the level of competition that the athletes will compete against. Athletes will be evaluated based on current skill level, potential for development, coach ability, a positive growth mindset and their ability to compete as a team.

Program Goals:

  • Elevate volleyball skills through intensive training
  • Prepare for high-level competition
  • Foster teamwork, discipline, and leadership on and off the court

This is a great opportunity for young athletes to push their potential and compete in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
